SHIPPING

With all orders, we will try our best to ship your package via USPS or through your specified shipping carrier as quickly as possible; we will ship your item(s) 1 - 3 days after your order is placed, or in accordance with the specified ETA of the item listing. 1 - 3 days is not an estimated arrival time, it is the time frame (see processing time) of when the package will leave our hands.

PROCESSING TIME

Ready Physical Items: 1 - 3 business days
Custom Physical Items, such as custom Portraits + Art: please allow up to 2 weeks
Digital Items: Instant download upon payment

We hope that your package will arrive to you within the estimated time frame, however the time of arrival will depend on the shipping method you choose, as well as weather conditions, and whether it is a holiday season or not.

Specific shipping rates based on your address and location are available during checkout. All of our items typically ship USPS First-Class Package or International Package, and include a tracking number which is emailed after an order is placed.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

➼ USA: Your package should arrive within 3 - 5 business days of shipping, depending on the shipping method you choose.

➼ International: As stated above, we will try to ship your package as soon as possible, however we cannot assure you that your package won't be held up in customs for a while. The estimated time of delivery is subject to change. There may also be added customs fees or import taxes, for which you as the buyer are required to pay.

International orders may take several weeks to clear customs. We do our best to ensure a smooth experience for you.

An international customer might expect their package to arrive between 1-4 weeks, depending upon location.
