Return Policy

RETURNS

 

If you wish to return your item, please request a return within 14 days of delivery and ship within 30 days of delivery.

 

We can only accept returns of unused items in the condition they were received. If the items were damaged during shipping, please attach photos in your email so that we can submit a claim with the shipping carrier.

 

All returns require proof of purchase.

 

Certain items may not be returned; these include personal items such as custom or personalized orders, and digital downloads.

 

Returns and or refunds may not be granted if:

  • There are signs of damage, missing pieces or wear (which did not occur during initial shipment)

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

  • Items purchased on sale

SHIPPING RETURNS

 

After sending a return request, and receiving a return address, you can ship the item back. Please note, that you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

 

We will notify you once we receive your returned items. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within a few days.
