Welcome November! November is the epitome of autumn. We’re thankful all of the time, but this wonderful month reminds us to voice it, and give thanks. Though now, the sun sets at the time when in summer it seems its brightest, the morning sun is one of the most beautiful sights the late months of the year have to offer. Winter squash are delicious and abundant this time of year; which reminds me, we have a quintessential fall recipe for you this month.
