March is here! Although, while I sit here typing this, there is a crazy wintery mix going on outside, I know that spring is soon to be here. I've seen the sweet little robins running everywhere, seemingly late for an engagement. I see the signs of life out there in our garden. Yesterday, I found myself admiring all of the tiny green leaves cropping up everywhere. You know, the same little wonders I will be cursing when we are preparing our garden and have to yank them all out. Next month, they will be weeds, imposters, royal pains in the neck, enemies of "Gardenshire". Next month it'll be "off with their heads"...wait, better get those roots too. But today...today they are marvels. They are symbols of strength and they are beautiful.
We've been thinking about starting a blog for a while now, and with spring being one of our favorite times of the year, and winter finally coming to a close later this month, we thought that March would be the perfect time to start.
We are into A LOT of things. In addition to general crafting like paper craft and the like, we knit, crochet, embroider, sew, bead, paint, cook and bake. So we thought we would start a monthly blog, to share with you, some of our favorite crafts, recipes and patterns. We hope you enjoy!
